A look back...and Happy New Year!

I usually never make resolutions because I have always broken them in the past.  Last year I made one for the first time in a long time and well...didn't follow through.  What was I thinking anyway?  My year was a sleep-deprived blur due to a certain little newborn!

As you know, this year marks the end of a decade, and whoa, was it ever a life-changing 10 years!  I am not sure if any future decades will top this one - for me, anyway.

A quick look back on the major milestones...

I don't have photos organized well enough to document graduation from college, first job, first car and all the other things that seemed to happen in this decade.  Wow, it is a lot for me to take in!

In addition to all the positives that have happened , there were some negatives, including the loss of my Grandpa Stan.  He (along with all of the other family and friends we have lost) will be forever loved and missed.

Cheers to all of you.  May you have the happiest, healthiest and most prosperous year yet!  I hope you will stick with me here as one on my "non-resolution" resolutions is to update this more often.  ;)

Happy New Year!

  1. Norton looks so little!! And Chloe looks so big! I have a hard time picturing her as a little baby! That makes me kind of sad...time sure flies by!!

    Happy New Year!
